I'm really excited to announce my first London yoga brunch! I am teaming up with the amazing Emily Mergaert (@emilymergyoga), who I trained with this spring in India. Not only is she a fun and inspiring teacher, she is also a total babe, so couldn't be happier to be working with her on this, I think it is going to be a really awesome day!

Emily will be in charge of yoga on the day, leading you through a 90 Minute Heart Opening Mandala Flow.
"We will move around the mat in 360 degrees focusing on the heart chakra with back bending love and a strong dynamic vinyasa 🙏🏽 ".

Yoga will be followed by a hearty plant-based brunch, so that you leave the studio feeling happy, open and satisfied! Please invite any friends, girlfriends/boyfriends, sisters/brothers and parents, but also feel totally free to come alone. It will be a really friendly space and a great opportunity to chat with lovely likeminded people!

The event is taking place at Paper Dress Yoga in Hackney, 12.30pm - 3pm on Saturday 29th July.
