There are numerous health benefits associated with practicing yoga, both mentally and physically. The dynamic flow aspect of Vinyasa yoga is particularly good for building strength and flexibility in the body, but there is so much more to it than just the physical practice. Yoga has been an incredibly transformative and powerful force in my life and it excites me so much that by sharing my passion I may be able to help others find the happiness, health and peace that yoga has given me. I am currently teaching both private and group classes in London so please get in touch if you would like to know more!

 I am a 300 Hour certified Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga Teacher, fully insured and accredited by the Yoga Alliance.  I trained under the amazing Peter Kaaberbøl (of Lago Cph) at Anamaya Resort, Costa Rica and The Yoga People in Goa, India.
